Prior to the formal introduction all candidates are interviewed to determine their qualification, technical experience, language skills, personal characteristics. They are also taken through the reference procedure. Candidates could be also tested to validate their professional qualifications either according to the agency testing procedures or according to the procedures accepted by the Customer. We can also organize professional training for the selected candidates according the client's requirements.

For the permanent placement we charge a fee based on the first year gross salary. The client should pay only when he/it employs the introduced candidate. We also offer a sliding guarantee period for the candidates permanently employed with the client.
