1. During the consultations we determine the requirements for the candidates or/and team as a whole if necessary.
2. We analyze all available information relevant to the requirements.
3. We select, interview and evaluate Candidates to compose the short-list of Candidates satisfying the requirements.
4. We submit to the Customer the short-list of Candidates satisfying the requirements and provide all relevant information about these Candidates.
5. Customer selects the persons for the introduction.
6. We introduce the Candidates to the Customer. Our consultants can attend the interview if necessary.
7. We check references of the Candidates indicated by the Customer and provide the response to the Customer.
8. We discuss the results with the Customer.
9. The Customer provides us with feedback about our services and about the Candidates' work during the probation period.
